This page is a continually developing library of virtual dyanmic mechanical systems. It has links to web-accessible models of mechanical systems that can be simulated to produce animated responses for various user-specified inputs, initial conditions, and controls. You can use this site to prototype a controller design or animate a dynamic response on a virtual system. This virtual library will eventually include access to models of a torsion vibration plant, a rectinlinear vibration plant, a cart-pendulum system, a ball-and-beam system, and various other industry- and research-inspired system dynamics problems.
