Alumni Contact Information form

We would like to keep in contact with you so that we can keep you abreast of news and events in your Mechanical Engineering Department. Also, we would like to help you network with other alumni. On occasion, we may also need to contact you to request feedback and input on improvements and changes in our program. As such, we ask that you provide us with current contact information. Note that any and all information is optional and, should you choose, your information will be kept private and will only be used by the Mechanical Engineering Department to contact you. If you do not choose to keep your information private, it may later be used to create an Alumni Directory to enable Mechanical Engineering graduates to network with one another.
